Enter your Alliance Base and take a look around. Speak with Wu Terran to create an Alliance Base. To create a Base, you first need to meet the following requirements: 1. Alliance level must be LV4 2. Rank above 100 in last week's Alliance Fealty Ranking. 3. Speak with me to choose to create an Alliance Base. After creating your Alliance Base, enter your Base: 1. Press "G" to open the Alliance window. 2. Select the "Alliance Base" page. 3. Click the "Enter Alliance Base" button.
