In the Grasslands
Beschreibung
You need to construct a Hall of Justice before constructing any other building. Each building serves its own purpose. There's the Spectral Grasslands, Spirit Ore Vein, Demon Hunter's Workshop, Pet Farm, Fortune Pavilion, and the Hall of Justice. After constructing one of these buildings, talk to the corresponding NPC to collect an event quest. Speak to Lee Bin to find out about the quests offered by the Spectral Grasslands.
