Description

Bilu, the long-sleeping beauty, has been spotted in Sunstream. She will only give the Heartrending Flower to someone "destined" to have it. Comment: 1. Use the Heartrending Flower (Seal) to gain the Esper Skill "Outer Heaven"; 2. The skill "Outer Heaven" deals massive amounts of damage to Bilu's pet; 3. The Heartrending Flower (Seal) deals no damage to other mobs and players. 4. Upon completing the quest, you will obtain a Heartrending Flower (Promo), which lasts a single day, and can be used by players whose level is above 135. (Note that you cannot perform Bloodsmelt or Assimilation with this Esper.) 5. Heartrending Flower's (Promo) and Tanis Ka's Charms can be exchanged for a "Heartrending Flower Grand Pack", which contains a permanent Esper: "Heartrending Flower" along with tomes and accessories. 6. The quest can only be completed once a day.
