To become a Fuwa, you need to go through trials and cleanse yourself of all your crimes; only then will you be judged worthy. I'll give you three tasks to see if you're really devout. If you can finish them, I'll teach you.

You can only become a Fuwa when you've spread enough good will. Kouros, Shab Monquis, and Uncle Bozo are all in need of charity, so the first thing to do is to give each of them 20 Gold.
