Black Bamboo Seeds are very difficult to find. From hundreds of plants you will only get one. They only grow with Endless Water for which I had to put a Dew Plate at the source of the water in Heaven's Repository of Doom Bog. The Endless Water then has to be transported with a Jade Bottle, but the bottle can only hold the water for a short time. Get the Endless Water back before the bottle melts.
