Black Bamboo needs Endless Water to grow. Go to the source, Heaven's Repository in northern Doom Bog, and find the Dew Plate. Bring the Endless Water back before the Jade Bottle melts.

Haha, Black Bamboo can grow with Endless Water. But Black Bamboo grows so slowly, just having special water isn't enough to make it survive. Please go to Wofo Ridge of Skysong to get some Spirit Roots from the Swiftedge Spirits. I will to use it make a wonderful potion.
