Yes, Infernal Mirror exactly. Rongbu saw the Infernal Mirror of Velonus, and got greedy. He was attacking us, but sneakingly he strikes at Velonus. Apparently Velonus discovered his plans but he couldn't act directly. Instead he attacked Rongbu silently just like Rongbu did to him.
