The Roaming Monk Hu Yin will appear in one of the following three places: near Hu Yani to the northwest of Wofo Ridge, near Jeh the Merciful in the southeast pavilion of the Realm of Generosity, or near Konjim in the pavilion to the east of the entrance to Jadeon.
