I was waiting here for you, but you showed up sooner than I thought! It seems that you are more powerful than I had expected.
- Thank you.
I understand you are looking for your friends?
- Someone asked me to make sure that they are safe.
Your friends are no ordinary mortals. The disasters in the mortal world were all related to them. Since they have come here, the gods must have something special in store for them.
- I don't know if I should be relieved...
There seems to be another person involved in the disasters of the mortal realm, and their resolution. Do you know of whom I speak?
- I do not.
You have struggled and succeeded against impossible odds in your travels. The one I am referring to is you!
- Me? You're joking! I am just a passerby.
You underestimate your abilities. It is not a coincidence that you are here. You are a part of this as much as those you seek. Fate is changeable; you should learn to just go with the flow!
- You're starting to sound like Lady Mintaka...
Fine, fine. I'll stop with all the fate talk, but just remember this! Heroes are born out of hard times, and the truly great are those who seek out such hardship! Could you simply sit by and watch disaster unfold? Could you abandon your friends?
- Of course not, but I am just another warrior.
Then you've come to the right place! This is a land of peace and enlightenment. Here, students become masters and masters become gods! There are countless wonders that will aid you on your journeys as well.
- What sort of wonders?
The sort that would help you, should your friends find themselves in even more trouble, and I think we both know that they will! The treasures of this land are not to be taken lightly, though. They will only bestow themselves upon those destined to find them.
- More talk of destiny...can't you give me a hint?
Oh, all right. On the banks of Merit Pool, near the entrance to Elysium, there grows a plant called the Chroma Flower. It is only visible to the person who is destined to collect it. Go have a look for yourself. If you can't find one, I guess it's not your destiny...but either way, I have other tasks that need completing, destiny or not.
- Yes.(End quest)
