Alnilam still doesn't want to abandon her crazy scheme? I tried so hard to persuade her. Why won't she listen to me? I know that she intends to go against the gods and do something really foolish...I simply can't imagine what's going to happen to her!
- Why does she care so much about her status as a servant?
Ever since she was young, my sister has been ambitious and idealistic. I'm content to remain a servant of the deities as long as I'm here with her, but she doesn't feel the same way. I think the sight of so many people becoming deities themselves after the gate opened has upset her...
- You're probably right.
Maybe she's right, too...maybe I am too timid. We both tried our best to persuade her, but it hasn't made a difference. Should I help her? I dare not break divine law. Should I report her to the deities, then? No! Of course not! I cannot betray my own sister! But if I do nothing, she may be caught and destroyed anyway...what should I do?!
- Do you know any higher-ranking deities? Maybe they could help.
Aside from our errands, my sister and I stay here in the palace all day and have little communication with outsiders. I really do not know anybody who was promoted from servant god to a higher level. However, I know of a divine agent named Envoy Jaderace. She had the chance to ascend to a full-fledged deity, but refused for unclear reasons. The story is sure to be interesting, if not enlightening.
- Do you think it'll convince Alnilam to stop what she's doing?
It may be a slim chance, but it's better than no hope at all. With luck, her story will offer some insight on what to do about my sister. You may have to prove you're worth her time before she'll talk to you, though. Come back when your Chroma reaches LV25.
- Yes.(End quest)
