Over a period of a thousand years, the water in the Azure Pool to the west crystallizes into Millennium Ice. Its magical properties may be enough to counteract the effects of the Vier Blood Array, but it is impossible to gather without special protection. Go and hunt Sand Familiars, then return to me with their essence. I will craft a charm for you that will allow you to harvest the Millennium Ice safely.
