Baako's much more in touch with Bamboo Peak's gossip than I am. Her love for Xavion's supposed to be a secret, but she's made sure everyone on Bamboo Peak knows.
They'll probably be getting married soon.
She knows what happened to Shaw Danon much better than I do.
- Can you tell me anyways?
At the time, Vim was getting powerful again and was gathering disciples in the Billows. Skysong, Jadeon and Incense Valley all sent armies of disciples to stop them. Shaw Danon had been gone for a long time, and we hadn't seen him since the Cave of Fangs; we weren't expecting to meet him there.
- It must've been good to see him.
The Vim had come to the Billows to catch the evil beast Mindrot Menace. During the battle, we learned that Shaw Danon not only knows Skysong skills, which is forbidden, but the Esper in his hands belonged to Elder Blackheart, an ancient elder of Vim!
The elders took his evil Esper away to protect Jadeon.
After the battle, we returned to Jadeon with Shaw Danon... but then...
- What happened then?
Kevern was quarreling with Hidi the whole journey home.
Hidi must have wanted Kevern to ask his master, Vasp Caelo, to show Shaw Danon mercy for his forbidden knowledge.
Shaw Danon knew that the Executor would meet him the next day, so he went for a long walk through the hills.
On the final day, Xavion and Hidi went with Shaw Danon to meet the chief...
