The Sly Dragon
Description
Cross the bridge near Zhi Aiwan to find a tunnel that will lead you to the Hall of Surveys. Sly Dragon waits for challengers in the center of the main plaza. On the way to the Hall of Surveys you'll also find the Incense Student, Hao Wuliao. Don't forget to talk to him, he might have some useful information.

Well he happens to be around today, so if you want to challenge him go ahead and take this bridge and follow the tunnel to the Hall of Surveys.
