To find the one with Proof of Elegance, you need to lead a party made with someone with Proof of Wealth. You can receive the quest from Rita and get the Proof you need. 3. You will not gain a Proof unless you form a party with the right person. 4. If any member of the party fails the quest, the quest will fail for the whole party. 5. The quest can only be completed once per day.
