When you receive the Ascension quest, players at LV150 with 5 million Honor or with 200,000 Clan Contribution can go to Sunstream City to find the herald of their faction and receive a Nirvana Insignia. If neither your Honor nor Clan Contribution is high enough, find the Elder of Arcaneness. He has learned to harness these powers and can provide you with the guidance you will need. Seek him out.
