Take the Purification Stone, and go to some suspicious locations. Rescue Lost Girls, be careful of the dodge Thugs. Patrolling Thugs will prevent you from rescuing girls, but you can use Deep-sea Iceto freeze them for a while. This skill doesn't last long, so you need to coordinate with your team members.

Just recently a band of brutish thugs has captured several poor innocent girls, and is holding them hostage. They haven't made any demands yet, but we can't afford to wait. Someone needs to go in there and rescue those girls before they are hurt. Rumor has it that these men have been transforming them into mermaids, though I couldn't guess why...
I can give you a map of their stronghold, maybe it will help you sneak around them. But just in case take this freezing spell. That should slow them down long enough to help you rescue the poor girls. I wish you the best of luck young one. And be careful!
