Kill Moaning Harpies to obtain the Moaner's Banners they carry. Turn them in to Kouros, the Grasstemple village head, who is mourning the villagers massacred fifteen years ago.

The reason the villagers become Moaning Harpies after the massacre was that they had no other way to channel their rage. The Moaner's Banners are a manifestation of this rage. By purifying them, we can help, bit by bit, cleanse the area of the massacre's remaining echoes.
