The injury he picked up at the Soulflame Temple is not lethal. The more serious problem is that he always carries the Soul Scepter with him closely. It is an evil instrument. One would have been drained of his life by the evil energy if it is not him. Lucky he's got skills and Infernal Mirror for protection.
