Alliance Base (Marshal)

Description

The Alliance Base is the core of your Alliance. You can construct a variety of buildings in your Base, and collect a variety of items. The Marshal of the Alliance must learn how to construct a powerful Alliance. (If you don't have enough materials, you can give up the quest to regain the instructions and materials. You can do this once per day.)
