It is a legendary Esper that was magically crafted by our Jadeon ancestors. It had unlimited storage space within the ring. Can you help me find it?

It is rumored that the ring is in Moontop Hollow, though nobody has ever found it. I recovered something from the Swiftedge Sprites, who dwell near Moontop Hollow. I think it will tell me the location of the Ultra-Heaven Ring.
