Shen Gon's spell was powerful, and the Cloudrush Sword was badly damaged. Only by collecting enough Spirited Essence can it regain power. There is a place called Abyssal Lands in Jadeon. It is said that ancient fairies once lived there, so it is blessed with a great amount of essence. Kill some Feline Felons there. You should be able to collect enough Spirited Essence if you do that.
