Recently, we've had a lot of reports about bad things happening here in the Laguna Collective. It seems that the Riptide Cutlasses have become restless and started attacking the village and making off with our possessions!

I have organized several attacks to get them back. But oddly enough, they've caught wind of our attacks each time and have been able to flee before we can catch them.
