There have been too many Ship Wrecks, but I'm too weak to investigate the truth.
- Why are you so anxious?
To tell you the truth, there has been at least one ship sinking in the Abandon Crossing every day. Kevern in Conversation Hall thought it weird, and asked me to find the truth.
- What did you find?
The sea around the Billows is always lively, and full of hidden rocks under its bosom. It is a very dangerous place for ships.
- Do you think the ship wrecks are natural?
I don't think that it's the sailors' fault for the crashes and sinkings. I feel like some outside force is behind all of this. Please go to the Abandon Crossing and kill the Maiden Cutthroats for clues.
