You know, my family was killed by the Blackwind Camp leader, Hephnon. I plan to avenge them. I will sneak into Blackwind Camp and place Chin Tyghar's insignia at the center of it. Hopefully, Hephnon will take it as a sign of enmity from Wuhu Post. It should spark a war between the two gangs. I want you to assassinate Hephnon in the midst of the chaos.
