This letter was sent from someone in town to one of the Riptide Cutlasses. No wonder they knew of our attacks ahead of time! Even worse, this despicable person even described our defenses in detail to them!

It has to be Jiwon. He strives to become the leader of this town and has often told me to step down so that a more virtuous person could take my place.
