The mandatory quests will lead you from one place to the next, and as you complete them, you will learn the story of the world and the feelings of those who inhabit it. Mandatory quests cannot be abandoned, but you can always return to older quests even when you are too powerful to gain any experience from them.

- Why should I do trial quests?
Acquiring experience solely through killing Yasho will be very slow. The Dispatcher offers many highly-rewarding random tasks. If you're lucky, you might get more dangerous tasks that award large amounts of experience and precious items. The list of tasks will be updated every time you turn in a task given to you by the Dispatcher. You can also use a Wheel of Chi from the Marketplace to update the list.

- Why should I do voyage quests?
Voyage quests will often reward you with rare titles or other valuable rewards! There are certain Voyage quests that can grant rare Mystic Stones. It is said that only Old Leng knows their secrets.
