In the early days, Sunstream City was nowhere near as prosperous as it is now, but through a combined effort and everyone's teamwork, it gradually became richer and richer. Back then, though, the conditions were poor. One day, in order to encourage everyone, we set up a flagpole with a red flag on the top. Everyone took the height of the flag as a goal to build our city walls to.

Now that goal has been realized, but we have lost our spirit due to our easy life. When the Yasho came, everyone was scared and ran for their lives. Please hang the red flag on the top of the flagpole again and arouse the people's will to fight.
- How can I help you?
I'm too old to reach the top of that flagpole. You, though, could easily jump to the top and hang the flag. The flagpole I'm talking about is next to the tea shop, which is the building just south of the one behind me. You will need to jump on top of the highest crossbeam, just above the red lantern.
