Blacksmith Mio of Jadeon is collecting Empty Sword Scabbards, which can be found in Moontop Hollow of Mount Yonder. The refining men's souls were controlled by evil spirits of the discarded swords, and only the Empty Sword Scabbards still hold their remnant skills.
