Yes, I'm sure that Rongbu and Shan Guc both know something about it. Li Su is probably unaware of it though. Talk with Li Su when you go to Incense Valley again. He should be informed of the turmoil that could be on his way.

No, because of two reasons:
1. Li Su doesen't likely know that people in Incense Valley are cooperating with the Yasho.
