The Shura Emperor possesses a shadow called the Yin-Yang Priest. Its powers are similar to those of the Shura Emperor. I thought that I finished off the Yin-Yang Priest the last time we met, but he's apparently still alive. Go to Eternal Bliss and kill the Shura Riders and the Shura Heavy Guards there. They guard the Yin-Yang Priest.
