Breakbeak Pikemen go overboard with their hoots and howls. These howls not only inspire the nearby Yasho, but they also disturb the residents of Skysong. Remove some Breakbeak Pikemen and report to Master Puhan. Breakbeak Pikemen can be found around the Skysong Outskirts.
