Ask Tonni to unseal the Celeplume for you by using Tanis Ka's Charm. Each sealed Celeplume needs one Tanis Ka's Charm.

The Yasho have stolen the treasured Celeplumes! Luckily, they are still sealed. My grandpa taught me how to unseal them using the special charms he made. If you find any Sealed Celeplumes while fighting the Yasho, bring them to me and I will unseal them for you. I will need one Tanis Ka's Charm to unseal each Celeplume.
